| Description of Practice or Services: | Attorney Sara Swanson listens to clients' needs and concerns so that she can provide the best legal advice possible for each client's unique situation. She balances her knowledge of the law with common sense and honest practical advice. Ms. Swanson assists clients in reaching fair and equitable resolutions outside of Court whenever possible, yet is well-prepared to strongly advocate her clients' positions in Court whenever negotiations are unsuccessful. Ms. Swanson specializes and practices exclusively in the areas of family law (divorce, custody, visitation/parenting time, child support, post-decree actions, grandparents’ rights, pre-nuptial agreements, paternity, and adoptions). Attorney Swanson has been working in the area of family law for 13 years, and was a partner with Dimich, Swanson, & Sterle prior to her opening her own practice in April 2007. Ms. Swanson has been actively involved in initiating a pilot project involving Early Case Management/Early Neutral Evaluation (ECM/ENE) in Itasca County, and serves on the statewide steering committee as well. |
