Mary stays on the cutting edge of family law issues and precedential appeals, with extensive appellate and amicus experience dating back to the early eighties. She is a mediator on the appellate court mediation panel. A Rule 114 neutral for family alternative dispute cases, Mary is frequently appointed as a special master, mediator, early neutral evaluator and parenting expeditor or consultant. Recognizing the vulnerability of parties caught up in the system, Mary works to educate them about the process and get through the present with hopes for the future. As a parenting consultant, expeditor and court neutral, Mary advocates responsibility, communication and respect between parents in addressing high levels of parental conflict about logistical, scheduling and child developmental issues in custody and parenting time litigation. |
