I focus on family law and parents' rights. Family law includes: divorce, child custody, child support, parenting time (visitation), grandparents visits, paternity (unmarried parents where father has no legal rights), contempt of court for parenting time assistance, parenting time expeditor, domestic abuse issues, HRO (harassment restraining order), OFP (Order for Protection from Domestic Abuse), and more. Work includes division of property, pensions, retirement, medical insurance issues and cost sharing, division of intellectual properties, and tax dependency exemptions of children in orders. I have many years of "life experience" prior to becoming a lawyer, which is very useful in handling family legal issues and crises. I am licensed in Mille Lacs Band Tribal Court and represent clients there.

Located conveniently in downtown Brainerd near the Crow Wing County Courthouse (one block from the new Courthouse). Free parking, easy to find. Handicapped accessible building. I also serve clients with cases in nearby counties (Mille Lacs County, Aitkin County, Cass County, Morrison County and others).
