In all personal injury cases, our firm does not charge any attorney fees unless we recover money for you. Our firm's litigation practices deal extensively with general and business litigation including construction claims and litigation, real estate, business litigation, contracts suits, employment law, labor litigation, social security claims, and more. If a family member or next of kin dies from the negligent acts (faults) of another, a claim must be made within three years of the negligent act.
