Professional Experience: While in law school, Christine participated in a judicial externship with Ramsey County District Court Judge Margaret Marrinan, served as a law clerk at Bremer Trust Company, served as a law clerk at the Minneapolis Law Firm Winthrop & Weinstine and acted as a legal analyst with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Security. Christine also served as a law clerk with the Minnesota Tax Court. For the first five years of her career as an attorney, Christine worked for two small firms in the St. Paul area. Christine started Swanson Law Office in late 2010 with a desire to provide clients with an exceptional law office experience including personalized attention and efficient, quality legal services.

Educational Background: Christine received her law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Christine graduated cum laude from Macalester College with a B.A. in Political Science. While completing her undergraduate studies, Christine spent a semester interning with the Scottish Parliament in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Other Qualifications or Information: In the community, Christine serves on the Second Judicial District Ethics Committee, Co-Chairs the Minnesota Women Lawyers Scholarship and Silent Auction Committee, participates in CURE, the American Cancer Society’s primary young professional fund-raising group in the Twin Cities, mentors law school students and has served on the alumni board for her high school, Convent of the Visitation School in Mendota Heights, Minnesota.
